They produce a diverse selection of 24 wines, ranging from dry to sweet, including unique offerings like a dessert wine with natural chocolate notes and an aperitif-style wine produced using the ancient orange method. The tasting room provides a relaxed atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating, including a large party tent. Byrd Cellars emphasizes sustainability by using organic fertilizers and encouraging bottle recycling, offering customers 50 cents back for each returned bottle.
